Malama Pono Health Services is proud to partner with Kokua Services Partnership to assist Kauai island residents navigate the sometimes confusing process of applying for health insurance.

The Kokua Services Partnership (KSP) is here to help you. KSP has Certified Kokua partners located throughout the State of Hawaii. If you are currently uninsured, our Kokua partners will assist you in determining eligibility and applying for MedQuest or Affordable Care Act insurance.

What to Bring

You will need to provide names, date of birth and social security numbers for yourself and your family members, your driver’s license  and proof of income.
